At ELITE, we will pride ourselves on delivering a high-calibre, fair, and inspiring competition experience. Each heat will be evaluated by a panel of two to three esteemed industry professionals, each bringing a wealth of experience across a wide range of dance styles.

Our judges will be carefully selected for their expertise, integrity, and passion for dance, ensuring that every performance is assessed with both technical precision and artistic appreciation.

Each judge will complete individual score sheets, and an independent adjudicator

will calculate the final results to ensure complete fairness and transparency.

We celebrate excellence in all its forms, offering a variety of specialty awards to recognise unique strengths, as well as trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category.

 

What We Look For -

Every performance at ELITE will be judged based on the following core criteria:

• Technique – Execution, control, and clarity of movement.

• Performance – Stage presence, expression, and audience engagement.

• Choreography – Creativity, structure, and suitability for the dancers.

• Musicality – Timing, rhythm, and interpretation of the music.​

• Individuality - Highlight the performer’s ability to infuse personality.

Our judges will assess each routine with a deep understanding of the specific genre and style, ensuring that expectations are aligned with the technical and artistic demands of each discipline. They will also consider the diversity of styles within each section to maintain consistency and fairness across the board.
